MENTORING &
COACHING
We selectively undertake individual performance - coaching
and mentoring assignments, varying in duration, approach and
intensity, depending on the circumstances, individual profiles,
and goals that are jointly set. This activity is aimed both
inwardly and outwardly.
Inwardly, we may explore aspects such as motivation,
"hardiness" under stress conditions, personality,
relating behaviours and predispositions; and outwardly
we might address areas such as required workplace competencies,
support, and measurable task and relationship goals.
